Cons:  No hotsync button, fit is too tight

I got my Centro cradle today and Im very surprised to find there is no hotsync button on the cradle. Ive used 5 Palm products over the last 10 years and this is the first time its been left out. It is a total deal breaker for me. Also, the fit is so tight that I need both hands to force the Centro out of the cradle. I wish I had gone with one of the other 3rd-party cradles.
