Return Policy & Instructions

Unopened Treo Pro smartphones may be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment. If the item is opened and used, it must be returned within 15 days from date of shipment. (Opened and used items that are deemed defective by our Technical Support department may be replaced within 30 days of the original date of shipment.) The packing slip in your package will contain instructions for returning an item to our store.

How to return your product:

1. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain your return RMA number, please call our sales center to speak with a sales center agent. The RMA number must be written on the original invoice found inside your original order package. We will refuse delivery of any returned item without an RMA number.
2. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. All products must be returned in like-new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
3. On the outside of the package you are returning, print the return-shipping address and the RMA number supplied to you by the sales agent; do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
4. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

International Orders:
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship this device internationally due to warranty and customs regulations.
