Love it
Pros: included case fits in pocket, sound is good (one person said he could hear me better than with just my Treo), range is good but not great (dont try to leave your phone at the other end of the house), battery life seems good to me (I turn off when not in use, it lasts for days), charges quickly (I got the car charger too--nice).
Cons: cant charge it without the case, small so its easy to lose or drop (Ive dropped it twice on hard floors and its still working), some wind noise (I have a hard time being heard while riding my bike), have to hold down the button a long time to turn it off, cant be used while charging since it has to be in the case.
To put it in your ear, aim it toward your back, insert it, and rotate it down and forward (counter clockwise if right ear, or clockwise if, like me, you use the left ear). If using left ear, youll also want to rotate the little rubber ear piece 180 degrees. If inserted properly you should be able to shake your head and it wont fall out.
It does fall out if I try to eat a burger or brush my teeth--too much jaw movement I guess!

Pros: its small, but it works well!!
Cons: because its small, its kinda hard to find at times.
Great Deal!
The headset tends to fall out of your ear with too much jaw movement. However for short trips and time in your ear, you cant go wrong, especially for the price. The retail price when it first came out was high, but now, the price is well worth the purchase. Super small form factor is a plus, you can hardly tell you have it on. Although there are headsets with noise canceling features out now, this little baby works just fine for the casual user.
